Welcome to Barkain. By accessing or using our website (barkain.app) and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Barkain is a price comparison and shopping optimization platform. We aggregate publicly available pricing information from multiple retailers, apply user-provided discount profiles, and generate purchase recommendations. Barkain is an informational tool — we do not sell products directly, process payments, or guarantee pricing accuracy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Barkain. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Barkain to violate any applicable law or regulation, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our content or data, interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure, impersonate any person or entity, or use automated systems to access the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

5. Pricing Information

Barkain displays pricing information gathered from third-party retailers. While we strive for accuracy, prices change frequently and we cannot guarantee that every price shown is current or error-free. Always verify the final price at the retailer before completing a purchase. Barkain is not responsible for pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or changes in retailer policies.

6. Affiliate Relationships

Barkain participates in affiliate programs including the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, the eBay Partner Network, and the CJ Affiliate program. When you click a link to a retailer and make a purchase, Barkain may earn a commission. These commissions do not increase the price you pay. Our recommendations are based on the lowest total cost to you, not on commission rates.

7. Subscription Services

Barkain may offer free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features, pricing, and billing terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
